What happens when a search finds nothing?
A query through /org/search, /org/search/full or /org/search/stream, the MCP server in answer or full mode, or the CLI that finds nothing is recorded as a gap with origin api_unanswered_question and problem not_found.
Questions match after ignoring case, extra whitespace and surrounding punctuation. Context and content queries never file gaps, and a Quick Search answer in the Senso app does not resolve an API search gap. Searches made before this shipped never became gaps.
