What is ERVP?
ERVP is the canonical order of the verification sequence: Evaluate the claims, Remediate the gaps, Verify the result, Publish it.
Prioritization happens inside Remediate. There is no separate stage called Prioritize. Re-observation starts the next cycle rather than being a seventh stage, because publication is not the end state.
